A Mara Adventures trip is about nourishing your soul. Reconnecting you to yourself and your purpose. A retreat for the adventurous water lover.
We Incorporate optional daily wellness practises on all our trips like yoga, breathwork and movement. But don't take ourselves too seriously whilst doing it.
We are about enjoying salty adventures, jumping in and saying 'Yes!'
We are about new friendships and connections, laughter, silliness and fun. We are about deep chats, self care, yoga, meditation and breathwork. We want you to leave feeling refreshed and re-energised by the adventure.
We are about honouring the local culture, supporting communities and local business.
This year we will be running two Scottish trips"Rewild and Free" on a sail boat and one Island based retreat called "Nourish" and two Timor-Leste trips.

The expedition for the wild and spirited. Come celebrate the magnificent scenery above and below the water on the Scottish West Coast as we set sail on a traditional wooden pirate ship. Think castles, cold water and coo's on the beach. Discover the incredible wildlife, epic scenery and wonderful hospitality this beautiful country has to offer. Slow down and escape to the most picture perfect island in Scotland. This retreat is all about self care, delicious food, daily movement and yoga practises, and learning about native flora and fauna whilst foraging with The Wild Cooke. Celebrating the Summer Solstice, and long days by luxuriating in wild food, amazing swims and an idyllic and quiet location. A trip designed to nourish you, inside and out.
