The Expedition
A sailing expedition is a perfect platform for an ocean adventure. Living, sleeping and being on the ocean offers the freedom to be able to explore remote places, only accessible by boat and experience life at the whims of the sea. Sleep under the stars, in remote anchorages and enjoy total disconnect from the busyness of modern living. Be involved as little or as much as you choose, as we navigate a route dictated by wind, seas and weather, accompanied by an experienced skipper and crew. Enjoy camaraderie and new friendships as you soak up the experience with fellow sailors and adventurers.
Play, dive, swim, snorkel and mermaid in the ocean as much as you want.
This is a call to all those with an adventurous spirit who want to explore the stunning West Coast of Scotland from the spectacular The Lady Of Avenel This beautiful and hardy sailing vessel sleeps 12 guests comfortably (based on two sharing). The expedition will be facilitated by Laura and Hannah both of whom are freediving instructors with a passion for adventure! Whether you are a seriously experienced Freediver or a total newbie wanting to level up your snorkelling, we can cater to your needs as we enjoy the biodiverse and cold clear waters of the Scottish West Coast. Expect breathwork sessions, yoga, SUP time, hikes, wild swimming, cold water immersion and snorkeling/freediving. All whilst collaborating with the team to sail the tall ship.
Dive In...
Here is a rough overview of what to expect during this trip. Of course, the trip is very dependent on the tides, wildlife and weather, so our daily schedule will be flexible, but this is all part of your experience. We will all be involved in sailing the ship, under the supervision of skipper Stefan. Everything else is optional, it is your trip.
