This October 2025 I am delighted to announce I am returning to Atauro, to run freediving courses in Timor-Leste from my favourite island home in the world.

Are you ready to take your snorkelling to the next level? Come explore the biodiverse Timorese reefs with me on a Wave 1, Wave 2 or introductory Molchanov Freediving course. I will also be offering sightseeing nature point outs, showing you some of the most incredible coral and fish species.
With over 3 years lived experience diving the waters of Atauro, surveying the fish and benthos (coral & invertebrates) I cannot wait to share this exquisite place with you.
So whether you ending your whale watching tour, are a regular visitor or Timorese and seeking to level up your snorkelling I would be delighted to share this special place with you.
Courses.
Wave 1
Suitable for beginners. 2.5 day course that can be transformational.

1 day in confined water and the classroom,

3 x open water sessions diving on a line

1 x fun dive (with coral and fish point outs)
NO previous experience necessary! Must be able to swim 200m unassisted and non stop as a prerequisite. Any yeses on a medical form must get signed off by a GP prior to starting hthe course.

Wave 2
Already completes a Wave 1/ Aida 2* or equivilent and ready to level up your freediving? Come do the Advanced freediving course and explore more depths and relaxtaion! 3- 3.5 days.

Depth Coaching
Do you want to level up your freediving, train or are you working towards some performance requirements? Get in touch for some personalised depth coaching.

Try Freediving
A great place to start if you are not ready to commit to the three day beginner course or have a limited time available. Join for this half day session, where we will do an introductory lesson. And finish with some time on the reef!
